Operating intelligence · invite only
Your company already has dashboards. It needs judgment.
Acropora is the operating layer for founders and operators. It watches the systems where the business actually moves, connects weak signals across them, and tells you only when there is a useful decision or action to take.
Sees the whole operation
Acropora reads the systems where work happens — product, infrastructure, email, workforce, clinical, and finance — so one weak signal does not get mistaken for the whole story.
Interrupts with judgment
Every candidate alert must clear a usefulness bar: what changed, why it matters, and what someone can do next. “FYI” is not an operating model.
Quiet by default
No change, no consequence, no action: no message. The operating layer keeps watch in the background and reaches the founder only when attention can change the outcome.
How it works
- 01
Redeem your invite
Acropora is concierge and invite-only. Your code opens the door.
- 02
Define useful
Tell us which decisions you own, what tends to go wrong slowly, and what would actually be worth interrupting you for.
- 03
Connect the operation
Bring together email, finance, product, infrastructure, workforce, clinical, and company-specific market signals where leading evidence lives.
- 04
We judge every signal
Acropora checks evidence, consequence, novelty, urgency, and the next action. Weak alerts die quietly, as nature intended.
- 05
Act from Telegram
Get a tight, decision-ready message where you already work — or ask Acropora to investigate across the same operating context.
Acropora is advisory and read-only by default. A workspace owner may grant a connection narrowly scoped draft or action access; each external action still requires explicit approval. Acropora is not intended for protected health information (PHI).
Data & trust
Clear answers, without broad promises.
Retention and regulatory controls are specific to the provider, endpoint, and customer deployment. We state those boundaries plainly.
Do you sell our data or use it to train models?
No. Acropora does not sell customer data, train foundation models on customer content, or opt customer content into provider training. We use business and API model services under their commercial data controls.
Does Acropora store connected-system data?
We minimize it, but we do not claim that nothing is stored. Connector credentials are encrypted. Acropora may retain the conversation state, notes, artifacts, and limited caches needed to provide the service inside the customer’s isolated workspace. Connected records are retrieved only as needed for the requested work, and a workspace owner can revoke a connection.
Do you support BAA and zero-data-retention configurations?
Yes, where explicitly contracted and configured. Acropora can route eligible model traffic through provider projects and endpoints covered by an applicable BAA and approved zero-data-retention controls. Eligibility varies by provider, project, model, and feature, so we verify the exact route rather than applying that label to every tool.
Can I send protected health information?
Not through the standard public product. Do not send PHI unless Acropora has confirmed in writing that your specific deployment, agreement, model route, and connected tools are configured for it.
How much access do connections receive?
Connections start with the narrowest practical scope and are read-only by default. Any draft or action permission must be granted by a workspace owner, and consequential external actions require explicit approval.
